Creative Audio Archive at Experimental Sound Studio - Guided Tour and Mini-digitization Workshop
The Creative Audio Archive is a Chicago-based center for the preservation and investigation of innovative and experimental sonic arts and music. Take a guided tour of the archives and sound studio. Visitors will have an opportunity to listen to select materials from the collections and take part in a mini-digitization workshop.
1st Tour: 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
2nd Tour: 12:30 p.m. - 1:15 p.m.
3rd Tour: 1:30 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.
Maximum capacity: 15 visitors per tour

Creative Audio Archive is an initiative of the Experimental Sound Studio, formed in response to growing concerns over the general state of historical preservation of non-mainstream audio.
