Join CAA members and other invested archival advocates while we use this hour to contact our government leaders and protest the NARA Chicago (and San Bruno) regional office closures!
The Zoom will be open from 10am-11am so registered attendants can share updates and messages with each other in the chat as we call our respective government officials. These closures affect everyone, but the NARA Chicago closure affects accessibility of federal records in the Great Lakes states (Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota), and we encourage registrants from any of those areas to join us. We can help you find your representatives if you don't know who they are during the event.
